We follow the Holy Spirit one day at a time and welcome you to join us in this journey.
Holy Trinity Anglican Church was formed in 1954 by 12 people and since that time the church has continued to grow and develop. It is located in “Canada’s Friendliest Little Town” of St George Ontario, nestled centrally to Cambridge, Paris and Brantford and short driving distance to Huron and Wycliffe colleges. Much of St. George is built on rolling hills and natural landscapes, providing perfect settings for the beautiful homes. The population is approximately 2,900 and offers restaurants and quaint shops. The Church is involved in outreach in the community in their journey to follow Christ together in love.
The selection committee is searching for a part-time priest to come into our midst, be able to relate to us and love us. Candidates will be passionate in their faith with a gentleness of spirit and able to lead by being in the centre, walking alongside the parish families while listening. They will be able to discern the needs of the multi-generational congregation and determine what supports are welcome.
The priest will work cooperatively with a vital and enthusiastic parish council on the vision and direction and will be carefully involved in the details and implementation. This genuine representative of God will develop connections with children, youth, adults and senior adults and will give guidance about Christ’s teachings and help to discern how these teachings apply to our lives today. Through these connections, the new shepherd will recognize, draw out and encourage gifts among the membership.
The ideal candidate will have a sense of humour, is a flexible, creative leader who enjoys people and will visit in person and via telephone.
The Sunday worship at 10:00am and the service ministries include the Food Bank, and other projects including the mitten tree, backpack donations, and shoes for Africa. The church is also supported by a Chancel Guild, Ladies Guild, Prayer Group and music program.

As a community-based organization we are focused on helping make the community around us a better, happier place. We organize fundraisers and community events to raise donations of money and needed goods for our partners: Our Daily Bread Food Program at Grace Anglican, the Brant County Community Food Bank, and the Cambridge Shelter.

Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, we thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.
